After the demise of KLSD's progressive programming, the San Diego market was left without any progressive voice in our local media. Without anyone to check and balance the raging conservatives on talk radio, our public dialogue has suffered from the right wing propaganda that dominates the mind-scape of our community.
For decades the AM Side of the Radio Dial has been ignored. Dominated by demagogues, AM Radio is now owned by the 'shock doctors' of the public airwaves.
